  1. Board of Appeals

    The purpose of the Board of Appeals is to serve as a judicial branch of the City of Lawrenceville in respect to Planning and Zoning and business license issues.

  2. Downtown Architectural Review Board

    Established to aid in the revitalization of the downtown area, the purpose of the Downtown Architectural Review Board is to foster downtown revitalization by assisting developers who want to invest in and update their properties to improve the community for the benefit of all.

  3. Financial Review Citizen Committee

    The purpose of the Financial Review Citizen Committee is to educate citizens, business owners, and community leaders on the financial operations of the City and ultimately to encourage input into budgetary process in order to create better transparency with the public.

  4. Lawrenceville Development Authority

    Established in 1983, the Lawrenceville Development Authority was created to provide economic development services on behalf of the City of Lawrenceville.

  5. Lawrenceville Downtown Development Authority

    The Lawrenceville Downtown Development Authority serves as a resource for entering and exiting business in the downtown area by developing real property and local enterprise.

  6. Lawrenceville Housing Authority

    It is the mission of the Lawrenceville Housing Authority to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity, and a suitable living environment free from discrimination.

  7. Planning Commission

    The Planning Commission was created to give assistance to the citizens of Lawrenceville, as well as future citizens, in the development of their property.

  8. Stormwater Utility Board

    The Stormwater Utility Board facilitates the repairs of existing storm sewer systems, as well as additional storm sewers that may be needed for the current system within the city limits.
