The City of Lawrenceville is hosting an interactive community workshop where citizens can give their input on the future direction of the city. Citizens, patrons, businesses and property owners are encouraged to attend this Thursday, January 25 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Coworking, 279 W. Crogan St. The input received at the workshop will help to form Lawrenceville’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan, the guiding policy and public investment plan for the city.
The workshop will present a unique opportunity for the community to give their input on Lawrenceville’s vision for the future and how to implement that vision through public investments, policies and private partnerships. Conversation will explore what kind of place citizens and community members want Lawrenceville to become over the next 20 years. Other topics to be discussed include transportation, land use, housing, local business support, placemaking, and other relevant issues affecting the future of Lawrenceville.
