Why: Get the first glance of Lawrenceville’s new Public Works Complex – new home to the City’s Gas, Electric, Damage Prevention, Fleet Maintenance, Streets and Sanitation departments. Hear from City officials how this project not only provides a much-improved working environment for employees but also serves as an essential first-step toward completion of Gwinnett’s largest redevelopment project currently underway – the South Lawn in Downtown Lawrenceville. Tours will be available following the ribbon cutting. Media are encouraged to attend as interviews with City officials will be available along with photo opportunities of both the exterior and interior of the facility.
