A Center for Enterprise
Historically, Lawrenceville became a hub of activity as the county seat of Gwinnett and transportation center with its early railroad. Today, progressive city leadership and actively involved citizens continue to inspire new and redevelopment while making Lawrenceville a place that appeals to enterprising businesses, organizations, professionals, up-and-comers, and families. Creating a full range of opportunities and experiences, Lawrenceville laid out the welcome mat for Gwinnett Medical Center, the Aurora Theater, the Gwinnett Braves Minor League Baseball Team, and Discover Mills—to name a few.
