Board of Zoning Appeals
Created under the zoning ordinance 11.5, the Board of Zoning Appeals hears cases dealing with variances to zoning ordinances in addition to appeals of administrative decisions and alcohol permits to rebuttal of the Planning & Zoning Department.
The City Council and Mayor appoint members, who serve a two-year term for the stipend position. The Board reports to the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Board of Zoning Appeals are held on the third Monday of the Month at 6:00 p.m., and members work on cases as needed. Meeting dates subject to change. Please confirm with City Hall.
