Lawrenceville Downtown Development Authority
Purpose: To serve entering and exiting business in the downtown area by developing real property and local enterprise.
The Lawrenceville Downtown Development Authority serves as a resource for entering and exiting business in the downtown area by developing real property and local enterprise.
LDDA projects underway include the Visitor’s Center, the Mayor Jule Oakes Home, the Green Space/Amphitheatre, New Way Finding Signage, the Heritage Trail, and the Historic County Courthouse.
Completed projects of the LDDA include resurgence of the downtown area with the addition of the parking garages, the sidewalk project, regulations and building codes, downtown ordinances, regulations and building codes, and creation of the Lawrenceville Tourism and Trade Association.
Members of the LDDA are appointed by the Mayor and serve volunteer terms that last six years.

Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Old City Hall on Clayton Street. Meeting dates subject to change. Please confirm with City Hall.
