The City of Lawrenceville Natural Gas Department is requesting proposals for the implementation of a GIS based mapping system. Companies making proposals shall be well established in the field of Utility Mapping, and have extensive experience in working with natural gas distributions systems. Proposals will be received by the City of Lawrenceville Gas Department until 12:00 noon March 23, 2010. Sealed Bids for the ANNUAL RESURFACING AND PAVING 2010
Sealed Bids for the ANNUAL RESURFACING AND PAVING 2010 will be received at the Old City Hall Building located at 18 South Clayton Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046, until 3:00 P.M. on Friday, March 19, 2010. NOTE: Bids received after 3:00 P.M. will not be opened. This is an annual resurfacing contract for the CITY OF LAWRENCEVILLE. The project consists of milling, patching and resurfacing of 13.2 milesof city streets in the CITY OF LAWRENCEVILLE. Proposals will be reviewed by the Director of Utilities and will be awarded to the lowest responsible AND QUALIFIED bidder. A copy of the proposal tabulation will be provided upon request. Work to Be Done: The work to be performed by the General Contractor consists of but is not limited to the following major items: 1. Milling, Patching & Resurfacing of 13.2 miles of city streets as listed in the bid document. Specifications and Contract Documents: Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained at the City of Lawrenceville City Hall, Mayor’s Office, on Monday February 15, 2010. Advertisement of this project will start on Sunday, February 14, 2010 in the newspapers. Copies of the Specifications and contract Documents may be obtained from City Hall, Mayor’s Office, located at 70 South Clayton Street, phone (678-407-6577), and upon payment by cash or check made payable to The City of Lawrenceville in the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable), for each set starting on Monday February 15, 2010. Bidder’s street address, phone number, and fax number must be provided to ensure prompt delivery of any addenda. All contractors, subcontractors and distributors must be registered with The City of Lawrenceville by Friday, Friday, March 19, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. A pre-bid will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2010at 10:00 A.M. in the Old City Hall Building located at 18 South Clayton Street, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045.
