Utility - Account Setup: You must come to City Hall to fill out paperwork and schedule a connection date. Make sure you have the following documents and/or information with you:
Residential
- Applicant's Name
- Residential Address
- Billing/Mailing Address, if different
- Lease Agreement for either Rental Property or Lease to Own Property
- Applicant's Social Security Number
- Driver's License, Government issued ID, Passport, or Green Card
- Date of Birth
- Employer
- Contact Phone Numbers
- Relative & Contact, not residing in location
- Real Estate Agents and Banks contact Customer Service
- REQUIRED - A notarized letter on company letterhead authorizing the agent to establish a utility account in the real estate company's or bank's name.
Commercial
- Business Name
- Business Address
- Billing/Mailing Address, if different
- Lease Agreement for either Rental Property or Lease to Own Property
- Owner Name
- Owner's Contact Information
- Applicant's Name
- Applicant's Title
- Applicant's Social Security Number
- Business Federal tax ID Number
- Real Estate Agents and Banks contact Customer Service
- REQUIRED - A notarized letter on company letterhead authorizing the agent to establish a utility account in the real estate company's or bank's name.

Bank Drafts for utility payments are available. Complete the Bank Draft form and return to City Hall along with a voided check.
