United States Citizens

• Copy of driver's license (front and back) if license has expired during the previous year
• Copy of state license if your profession/occupation is regulated by a state licensing board

Non United States Citizens

• Copy of driver's license (front and back) if license has expired during the previous year
• Copy of state license if your profession/occupation is regulated by a state licensing board
• You can find a list of acceptable documents by going to the Office of Attorney General and searching for "secure and verifiable document"
• Renewal Checklist (PDF)
• Note:  According to Georgia law, copies of the required secure and verifiable document can be accepted by mail, hand delivery, or emailed to Occupation Tax Office.
