Land Disturbance / Development
Once all comments have been addressed, submit 4 sets of stamped civil plans that have been approved by other required agencies and 1 hard copy of the hydrology study to the Planning and Development Department. The Department will route the plans to the appropriate City departments for re-review.
Once approved by all required departments, the submitter will be notified that the permit is ready to be issued. Permits will only be issued to state licensed General Contractors. Permit fees must be paid at the time of permit issuance. Please contact the department at [email protected] for fee requirements.
Prior to the commencement of any land disturbance activity, a pre-construction meeting must take place between the Contractor and Engineering Inspector. Please contact the Engineering Inspector at 770-277-7536 to schedule the pre-construction meeting.
All submitted plans must be drawn to a standard scale and must be accurate.
