Payment Information

If you have received a citation within this jurisdiction that does not require a mandatory appearance, you may pay before 7 a.m. on your scheduled court date. For questions about your citation, you can contact the court office, by calling Phone: 770-963-3288, for fine amount, court date and time, and to determine if your citation can be paid without appearing in Court.

Acceptable Payments

You may pay a citation online, by phone, by mail, or in person.

  • A 6% convenience fee and $3 surcharge will be charged when paying online. Surcharges and totals will be displayed on the payment portal. 

Online payments may be made before 7 a.m. on your court date at the Lawrenceville Georgia Online Payment page. 

By Phone

Payments by Mail

If your case does not require a mandatory court appearance and you would like to pay your citation by mail, please make your money order or cashier's check payable to the Lawrenceville Municipal Court and mail to:

Please make sure your citation number is referenced on the money order or cashier's check. Payment by mail must be received a minimum of 1 business day prior to your court date.

In Person

Acceptable forms of payment in person are cash, money order, certified funds, Visa, Master Card, or Discover credit or debit cards. No personal checks will be accepted. 

  • A 3% convenience fee will be charged when paying in person. 

Citation Process

Please allow a minimum of five (5) working days from the date of your citation to allow the court time to receive your citation from the issuing agency.
