Free Movies on the Lawrenceville Lawn May through July.
The City of Lawrenceville announces the movie line-up for its annual Movies on the Lawn summer series. Presented by Oakhurst Realty Properties, the annual summer series kicks off Friday, May 10th on the Lawrenceville Lawn at 210 Luckie Street with a showing of Paramount Pictures’ 1980’s classic Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. Other sponsors include Consolidated Pipe & Supply, McCray’s Tavern on the Square and First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville.
Each month – May through July – Lawrenceville welcomes residents and guests to enjoy an evening under the stars watching great movies! Food trucks will be onsite and other concessions will be available for purchase by local vendors as well.
Although the movies will begin promptly at dusk, guests are encouraged to arrive early to explore the Historic Downtown Square for shopping, dinner, desserts and more.Free parking is available throughout the downtown district and onsite at the Lawn. For seating options, bring blankets or lawn chairs, but please note that open flames and pets are not allowed on the lawn.
