The City of Lawrenceville continues to partner with the American Red Cross to provide life-saving blood donations. Every day, blood donors help patients of all ages: accident and burn victims, heart surgery and organ transplant patients, and those battling cancer. In fact, every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. On Tuesday, April 30, from 8 am - 2 pm, citizens may give blood and Power Reds, which are particularly beneficial because red cells carry oxygen throughout the body and are frequently given to trauma and surgery patients. The Blood Drive will be held at the Public Works Building located at 435 W. Pike Street in Lawrenceville. For more information about the Blood Drive, click here.
