Council to consider applicants for various appointments to community boards.
The City of Lawrenceville Mayor and Council are seeking interested candidates to fill vacancy appointments for various boards and committees. These boards and committees engage citizens and business owners through organized volunteer groups that provide insight, recommendation and leadership across a broad spectrum of functions including city-wide and downtown-specific development opportunities, arts and cultural programming and financial oversight and transparency.
Most positions on these boards do require candidates to be taxpaying residents of the City of Lawrenceville, although one or two of these boards may also consider individuals with business ownership and/or management in the City limits or in Gwinnett County.
