To change the billing address on your account, you must go to the Utilities office at City Hall. For information, please contact Customer Service at 678.407.6675.
For access to past bills, please email us at [email protected] to request a copy of your bill. Be sure to include your name and account number on your request.
To set up automatic payments through the City of Lawrenceville, please visit the Utilities office at City Hall, or contact Customer Service 678.407.6675 to have a form mailed to you.
New residential and commercial accounts may be set up online or by visiting City Hall. Please visit www.lawrencevilleutilities.com to review all needed documents, etc. The online account form can be found here.
We currently do not offer paperless billing.
You have 3 options for bill payment:
- Drop the payment at the City Hall after hours drop box on the drive-through side of the building.
- Make your payment at City Hall Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Make your Payment Online. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for transactions to be posted to your account.
