How do I obtain a residential construction permit?
If you are the homeowner, a permit application must be completed and accompanied by a homeowner affidavit. Please be aware that by completing the affidavit, you will be ensuring that all proposed work will be installed in accordance with applicable building codes.

If you are not the homeowner, a permit may only be issued to a state licensed General Contractor who has made application for a permit.
