We take the following payment options:
Payments may be made by phone, website payment portal, or mail or in-person at City Hall. View more information about payment options.
We offer same day service if all information is received by 12 p.m. If your application is received after 12 p.m., we offer after hours service turn on for an additional $45. Special circumstances could apply.
All of our rates are fixed with the exception of our Gas service, which is variable.
The $30 service charge covers the costs of setting up your account and dispatching a meter reader to record a beginning reading for billing purposes.
That fee is a one time service charge for establishing a new service account.
Accounts beginning with a 1 or 2 are in Cycle 1. Accounts beginning with a 3 or 4 are in Cycle 2. Accounts beginning with a 5 or 8 are in Cycle 3. Accounts beginning with a 6 or 7 are in Cycle 4. Please view the billing schedule (PDF).
A notification will be mailed to you notifying you of our intent to disconnect your service.
