4. My electric service has been turned off after not paying my bill. Can my service be re-connected after-hours?

Call the after-hours phone number: 770-339-2410, but no calls are accepted after 7:30 PM.  Please pay the account in full, either online or over the phone, prior to calling the after-hours line.

5. Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you can make a payment online here.

6. Can I pay my bill by phone?

Yes, call 844-878-2841 to make a payment. Than, call the after-hours phone number at 770-339-2410 to schedule a reconnection time.
*Please note there is a $45 after-hours charge for all service reconnections after 4pm, Monday through Friday and on weekends.

7. How do I start my electric service with the City of Lawrenceville?

To have utility service provided by the City of Lawrenceville, please complete an account application and call City Hall at 678.407.6675 to schedule a connection date. To make sure that you have all of the necessary documentation, please review the Utility Account Set-up Information.

8. How do I transfer electric service from one house to another?

For information on transferring electric service, please contact Customer Service 678-407-6675 or visit the Utilities office at City Hall.

9. How do I disconnect electric service?

To disconnect electric service, you may call 679.407.6675 or visit the Customer Service office at: Lawrenceville City Hall 70 S Clayton Street Lawrenceville, GA 30046.  

You may also email the disconnect paperwork to the Customer Service here.  Required information:  Last four (4) digits of social security number, service address, exact date to disconnect (Monday - Friday), mailing address and current phone number.
