If you are within the Lawrenceville City Limits, you can download the Business Change Request form. The form has a place for name change. Follow requirements specified in application and the form and payment must be submitted to City Hall in person.Please contact Planning & Zoning at 678-407-6583 if you are uncertain if you within the City limits. Contact the Deeds and Records office of Gwinnett County at 770-822-8100 to determine if a property survey has been recorded with the County. If a survey is not on file with the Deeds and Records Office, it may be necessary to have a licensed professional surveyor prepare one for you.
