What is the purpose of Stormwater Fee on my tax bill and don’t I already pay this on my county water bill?

The Stormwater fee is for the regular maintenance and required upgrades for drainage structures and systems maintained by the City of Lawrenceville. The Stormwater fee is for managing water that leaves your property; however, the County water bill is for water provided to your home for drinking, etc.
