Why am I receiving this new property tax bill? I've never seen this before. Is this a new tax?

This is not a new tax.  The City of Lawrenceville has billed property taxes since 1991.  In recent years, the City tax property tax bill was included on the Gwinnett County Tax bill.  This process changed in 2021, and the City of Lawrenceville is now billing its own property taxes.
