1. My utility services are off for non-pay, can I be re-connected after-hours?

Yes. Please call the After-Hours phone number 770-339-2410 for reconnection outside of normal business hours. No calls will be accepted after 7:30 p.m. If making payment by phone or online, please make the payment prior to calling the After-Hours line.

2. Can I pay my bill online?

Yes. You can make a payment online. Please note there is a $45 after hours charge for reconnections after 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and on weekends. Contact the After-Hours phone number 770-339-2410 to schedule a reconnection time.

4. Can Meter Services light my pilot light?

No. Meter Services is not allowed to light a pilot light, nor can we instruct you on how to light it. Please contact our Gas Department at 770-963-3332 for assistance with lighting a pilot light.

5. What will my Gas Meter look like if it is turn off / locked off?
