1. Will the event be cancelled if it rains?

All events are rain or shine! However, if the weather becomes severe, the event may be cancelled or rescheduled for the safety of everyone in attendance.

2. Can I bring my pet to the event?

We love all animals! However, for the safety of everyone at the event, please leave your fur babies at home.

3. What does it cost to attend?

All City of Lawrenceville events are free to attend! However, there may be food trucks or snack vendors selling snacks, frozen treats and other food options.

4. How can I be an event vendor or a sponsor?

We're glad you asked! Contact our Event Coordinator at events@lawrencevillega.org for more information on being a vendor or a sponsor.

5. Am I allowed to bring our own food and drinks?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own food and drinks or visit one of the incredible restaurants on the Square to enjoy a meal before the event. Please note that no outside alcohol is allowed at City events. However, beer and wine will be available to purchase at most events.

6. Can I bring my camping grill?

Unfortunately not. No open flames are allowed due to the safety of all event attendees.

7. Do you have a Lost & Found location?

Any items that are found after an event are held at City Hall for one year before they are discarded. Please call 678.407.6653 or email events@lawrencevillega.org if you have lost something during a City event.

8. Can I set up a tent at the Lawn?

No, tents are not allowed at the Lawrenceville Lawn during city events. Feel free to bring chairs and blankets to sit on.

9. Who do I contact to submit my band to perform at a City event?
